Nicole D. Moss

Nicole is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, where her practice primarily focuses on resolving contractual disputes in the construction sector. Nicole has represented contractors, subcontractors, professionals, and other stakeholders in various disputes related to construction.

Nicole is a south Florida native and currently lives with her husband in Davie, Florida. She enjoys traveling, running, and yoga.

Relevant Experience and Representative Cases

  • Represented contractors and subcontractors in prosecuting and defending claims arising from nonpayment, differing site conditions, defective work, and improper termination
  • Represented condominium associations and other property owners in prosecuting claims for fraudulent liens and for damages resulting from defective and/or negligent work
  • Represented construction design professionals prosecuting claims for breaches of employment agreements and nonpayment
  • Prepared and reviewed numerous contractual agreements for various construction-related entities, including project-specific agreements, bailment agreements, and purchase agreements
