Significant Win by Dan Matlow

Following an evidentiary hearing, the Palm Beach County circuit court granted Dan’s motion to appoint a receiver to manage a condominium association that was ignoring its legal obligations. Among other things, Dan proved that the association’s seawall is obsolete and defective. Congratulations to Dan and the client for this significant win!
