Dane M. Dunson

Dane is a senior attorney in our Tallahassee office, bringing extensive experience in resolving complex contractual disputes within the construction sector and navigating the intricacies of public procurement law. With a deep understanding of regulatory and contractual frameworks, Dane provides strategic counsel to clients, delivering practical solutions tailored to their needs.
Before joining our firm, Dane served as General Counsel to the Florida Lottery, where he advised on multifaceted regulatory, procurement, and contractual matters. His tenure in this role honed his ability to manage high-stakes legal challenges with precision and foresight. Prior to that, Dane began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas D. Sawaya of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal, where he developed a strong foundation in appellate law and legal analysis. Following his clerkship, he transitioned into private practice, focusing on commercial litigation and public procurement law, where he built a reputation for his meticulous approach and client-focused advocacy.
